Rahm Emanuel booted off ballot in 2-1 Appellate Court decision – Chicago Sun-Times

Rahm Emanuel has been kicked off the Chicago Mayoral Ballot for failing to meet the residency requirement, making him ineligible to be on the upcoming ballot. This is a win for the city of Chicago, and the rule of law. No one should be above the law because of political connections. Rahm Emanuel is the leading fundraiser in the upcoming elections, we will see what tricks he has up his sleeves now.
