Victor MaggioFerguson Grand Jury: No Indictment rebelpundit November 24, 2014 Hood Report, News 1 Comment St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch just released the Grand Jury decision to not indict Ferguson, MO Police Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of 18-year old Michael Brown. McCulloch said, many of the witness statements, such as officer Wilson was seen standing over Brown while unloading bullets into him, were disproven by autopsy reports. “The Grand Jury considered whether Officer Wilson was the aggressor in the situation….,” McCulloch said, “The duty of the Grand Jury is to separate fact from fiction.” McCulloch explained, The Grand Jury determined no probable cause to indict Officer Wilson on any of the five counts.
