On Friday afternoon in Chicago, things got tense–to say the least–at a campaign event for Jesus “Chuy” Garcia, who is challenging Mayor Rahm Emanuel in next month’s mayoral runoff election.

Local activist Mark Carter told both Jesse Jackson and and Garcia to “go to hell.”

“Don’t come into our neighborhood,” Carter yelled at both men, saying they don’t care about the problems facing his west side community, Lawndale.

Carter is no fan of Rahm Emanuel, but he tells RebelPundit, “Chuy is backed by the teachers union and Karen Lewis, who are responsible for our schools closing and putting black teachers out of work.

Stay tuned this weekend for a RebelPundit Exclusive into shocking claims by a former Chicago Public School Teacher about Chicago Teachers Union President Karen Lewis.

    Hey, chuy and Jackson,

You keep telling me that education is the number one tool that takes people in poverty and enables them to rise above it. When I come to you and say, I want to give my child a chance to rise up. All you have to do, because you told me and it has been proven, is let my child go to the school of my choice, you say no. Teachers union, not teachers, you are the second biggest obstacle of my child living a better life. Stop telling me you care.

Sorry the site of these two makes me so sick. There is a huge difference between wanting to do something and just having to do something. What does this picture tell you.

Wait a minute. . . .the fellow that did the yelling is NOT running for office. You CAN’T vote for him!

And, out of curiosity, what is ‘it’ that’s not so bad? The situation in Chicago, with all the gang-banging? The kind of choice that the Chicago voter has set before him (or, what the heck, her . . . of, what the inclusive heck, before them?) The fact that Jesse has brought his self-aggrandizing road show to town . . .again? Please advise.

As a Wisconsin observer from the outside looking in, yes, things ARE that bad in Chicago, and they have been bad for a long time. Chicago is a Democrat controlled cesspool of corruption.
I remember former Gov. Quinn ripping Scott Walker for taking proactive measures to get Wisconsin’s budget under control, and reclaim our school funding decisions for the taxpayer instead of the public union / Democrat Party machine. Illinois and Chicago have since spiraled further down the rabbit hole while Wisconsin is rising.
Yes, things are that bad in Chicago and Illinois as a whole.

      Dear Black Conservative,

Sounds like Obama has increased his chances of a race war by at least 50%! Without large numbers of Latinos fighting people for jobs and welfare, Obama would have had to rely on getting African Americans and White Americans hating and fearing each other enough to have a violent go at it. He was dong great along those lines, and I more than half suspect he’d have gotten his desired race war just fine, but, now! Wow!

Throw in large numbers of unassimilated Latinos fighting over the scraps of an economy that Obama has left us, and he’s got him a Race War that’s literally a three ring circus! I’m not waxing either sarcastic or snarky here. I write in serious fear that our country is going to be steeped in bloody chaos and huge body counts before this man leaves office.

As a Black Conservative, do you see any role for America’s Christian Church(es) being a last-resort, only-if-we-all-wake-up-to-our-common-peril hope for rebuilding national consensus and unity?

This guy makes no sense. It was rahm who closed all those school. What bothers me about rahm is that he refused to allow an elected school board and he gives TIF funds and charter schools to his politically connected friends.

I’m going to guess that Carter has little to no love for Rahm, either, precisely because of the things you noted. When one is trying to choose the lesser of two evils from among the Liberal Camp, it can get very confusing as to who’s doing you the more harm and precisely which one’s done what in the process.

You have to do a Venn Diagram like thing: There will be a great deal of overlap in the category “Unforgivable Outrages”!

Jesse and his old pal Al Sharpton have gotten rich causing division rather than uniting races. And rather than bringing useful attention to the less fortunate they race bait and cause social upheaval that causese greater divides and more dead youth gunned down in the streets.

Whats rich, dude? A hundred dollaraire, a thousandaire, a millionaire, billionaire? Give us “reliable” figures substantiated by “reliable” sources. Further, promoting a national campaign to hold murderous cops & vigilantes accountable for their action, is indeed bringing “useful attention to the less fortunate”. In doubt? If an “unarmed” love one of yours ever get murdered by any of the afore-mentioned characters, complain to your mayor, governor, legislature, senator, or congressperson; see what that gets you.

Eventually these guys will go away. The left has been living off of civil rights for more than 60 years. In fact it is all they have now. Just look at the fights in Ferguson and in Indiana. A self destructive party.

White people have been living under “white privilege, white supremacy” for over 400 years; and they hate that people of color & women would have the audacity to demand equal parity as amerikkkan citizens. These particular white folks hate it that even any small “modicum of crumbs” are being made available to these historically disenfranchised & underrepresented communities.

Mayor reneges on promise to Veterans in Chicago! Mayor Emanuel announced on 11/9/12 the establishment of the Service to Success Scholarship for Veterans attending the City Colleges to bridge potential funding gaps for returning Veterans attending college. The City Colleges set up $50,000 seed money to start the scholarship and was committed to work with corporate and institutional funders to fund scholarships into the future. The Scholarship was started as planned Spring Semester 2013 but after only providing scholarships to Veterans for 2 semesters, it was ceased even though the initial $50,000 was not completely exhausted. No additional funds were solicited and the Mayor’s promise & commitment to our Veterans now goes unfulfilled Who is going to question him and the City Colleges on this?
Now the Mayor is promising scholarships to Chicago public school graduates with GPA of 3.0. Will he renege on the promise too after he is elected? The Mayor does not have to answer to how he will fund the new scholarship/program for Chicago high school graduates or what the cost will be or if he will renege on his commitment to Chicago high school graduates as he has done with our Veterans after the Elections?

The white always benefit when the Latino and the African American fight each other.
    Let’s look at some facts:
    • Over 10% of schools in African American and Latino communities were closed
    • African American unemployment is at an all time high of 25%. Latino unemployment is the 2nd highest.
    • Clinics in our communities were closed
    • Crime is a high and the only cameras around that work are the ones that clearly show our plate numbers and are spitting fines at a record pace
    • The number of African American and Latino school teachers has been going down
    • CPS is spending the same amount of money as before to clean the schools, but, our people working there were let go. The few ones that remain have a lot of work and can’t do it all. Schools are dirty.
    • Rahm’s has been transforming the down town area with the TIF funds.
    • Funding for our schools has been reduced and the LSCs can’t keep the same number of people working at the schools.
    • Rahm has been borrowing money to pay bills, and he has been giving away millions to his white friends
    • The number of white students at CPS is only 9.4%, but,
o the number of white principals is 30.8%
o The number of white teachers is 49.7%
o The number of white (all-staff) employees is 36.6%
o These numbers have gone up under the current Mayor
In the mean time we are fighting each other and the ones that benefit are the always the white. When it comes to black and brown, we have been conditioned to question, doubt and oppose each other. We have been conditioned, also, not to do the same to the white men. That is the reason none of this nonsense came up during the last election.
But, if you work for Rahm and/or happy with the mess that he has created, then by all means vote for him !

I can name many white nationalities that are marginalized french German English Portuguese polish Scandinavians Greeks Russians Scottish welch Dutch and middleasterners they all love the American dream and see no gains bye getting ridd of fair employment practices bye ethnic nepotism were only certain white groups get all the public jobs while every one else including blacks are left holding the bag of shit that is the taxes that pay for this ethnic nepotism.

To make things clear the the irish jews Latinos and italians should not be getting all the jobs while everyone else suffers and no new bussinesses open up because there over taxed a thing you can also do is choose not to shop at businesses of these communities one of the mainplaces to watch were you spend is wich bank you use and grocery stores and utilities if you have a option see who they support politically. Best of luck it starts with your money were you spend it.

I can’t believe the comments on this web. It’s de ja vu all over again. This is what happened to Malcolm X when he tried unite African Americans. He got slapped down. Those yelling go to hell should be ashamed of themselves. Cursing only indicates a lack of education which results in the inability to communicate constructively. I would like to see the proof Jackson, Sharpton and Chuy have enriched themselves off of poor people who have nothing to give. This tactic is called divide and conquer. Everyone complained about Governor Quinn and now we have a republican governor who have cut funding even for daycare, lunch programs and many other services to the community. He stopped paying lottery winners if the payment was over $600! People complain about the school system but failed to do their homework. If they had of they would of found out about funding for private schools regardless of the teachers’ Union stance. I just hope the leader that is chosen has experience in negotiations, if not they will be like Reverend Meeks who got brought with a cook out and promises only to find his neighborhood the hardest hit in funding cuts. Where is Reverend Meeks? He is probably eating crow after being tricked by the present governor. Any poor person who would vote republican today is making a life changing mistake. It will be more going to jail than ever before once the republicans finished.

The idea is to get rid of those that have done nothing all of these years. Should you really have a Latino candidate before a black American has mayor in Chicago? Where is the black candidate? This is a sign that the black community in Chicago is being marginalized. The same thing is happening all over the USA. Look at Los Angeles . Now latinos hold power whereas before there were blacks holding the power. Where did the power of the black people go. Pushed out and marginalized by illegal immigrants. Trump is soo right . The Democrats have failed America.
