Rebel Pundit’s Jeremy Segal was on the scene at the Obama rally in Madison, Wisc., Thursday. We already reported on how his supporters decried Obama’s lack of a teleprompter at the debate this week.
Perhaps even more surprising, the very people standing in line to get into the Obama rally Thursday told Segal about their lackluster support of the President after his dismal debate performance:
If he can’t muster support from his supporters who are standing in line for an event with him, what is this saying about his support on Election Day? While Charles Krauthammer cautioned today that the second debate will be a different animal–it will be a townhall format, for one–it is clear that this is not the Obama of 2008.
